Tasty Banana Muffins

These tasty banana muffins make for a great fall snack! You can add in chocolate chips, walnuts, cinnamon, or dried fruit to take these muffins to the next level.

This recipe works best if the bananas are overripe (when the banana starts to turn brown). You can use a handheld mixer to mash your bananas or just a fork!

Ingredients

Yield: 12 muffins

· 1 1/2 cup flour

· 2/3 cup white sugar

· 2 tsp baking powder

· ½ tsp baking soda

· ¼ tsp salt

· 2 ½ tbsp milk

· 3 mashed bananas

· 1/3 cup butter

· 2 eggs

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tray with non-stick spray or use cupcake liners.

Step 2: Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.

Step 3: Combine all wet ingredients into a different bowl and mix together.

Step 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 5: Pour batter into muffin tins. Fill each tin ¾ full.

Step 6: Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is dry. If you are using glass bakeware you may need to adjust the time or reduce the heat.

Step 7: Enjoy!
