Rachel Hannah is a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of clinical experience in sport nutrition. She brings extensive knowledge and personal experience to the topic of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport as an accomplished long distance runner.
Given the complexity of the topic we are recommending that attendees complete at least two of the readings listed below, in order to prepare for the event. Any questions that arise during the readings or on the topic of RED-s can be submitted through the form linked to this page. We ask that questions are submitted this Q&A Form. We look forward to seeing your questions!
This seminar represents an incredible learning opportunity for all Western and affiliate students to learn about a new topic within the field of sport nutrition that we are so excited to be able to offer. We hope that you will be able to attend!
